Large cylindrical cheese mould without a bottom, food grade plastic, commercial grade. Dimensions Height 29.5cm Across the top 13.5cm Across the bottom 13.5cm This is unusually large. This is a cheese mould for soft cheeses or other types that do not need pressing but are drained and periodically turned. It does not have a bottom, it is completely open ended and it does not have a follower as this kind of mould is for soft cheeses that are drained not pressed. It is quite large and could probably hold around 500g - small round cheeses to maybe a couple of kgs. It can be used to make large logs which is why i bought it. I have a few books on cheese making listed too.
