This is an older model iPad refurbished but looks brand new. Navigates the internet and whatnot but had trouble downloading applications on it I know nothing about iPads whatsoever I'm not an iPhone kind of guy but some people know how to use them very well and love them I will not take any returns on this product you will get what you see and it turns on that's all I know don't know how to use it, I know it's not capable of downloading the newest software but it's definitely easily connected to Wi-Fi
