Grounding: usually done by walking bare foot in grass and ground. This sheet allows grounding to happen while you sleep by plugging it in to the grounding area of any outlet. Used like new ( Regular price is $359 when not on sale) Sage Green and cord that connects to sheet ( connection is on both sides of sheet, but only one side is needed) The more areas of skin touching the sheet the better.
