- Your new kettle won't need much in the way of cleaning if you're just boiling water. Some mineral deposits may build up over time. In that case, add 1/4 c white vinegar to 3/4 c water and allow to sit for 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
- If the heating base or kettle exterior becomes stained or discolored, wipe with a damp sponge and buff dry with a clean cloth. Avoid submerging the kettle and heating base.
